Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines on job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and plans to determine work requirements
- Coordinate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid equipment operator license/certification (preferred)
- Prior experience operating heavy machinery (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this entry level position.
