Land Surveyor

A reputable construction company in Medina is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping out land areas for various construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough site surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, and other important factors
- Using specialized equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and terrestrial scanners to collect accurate data
- Preparing detailed maps, charts, and reports based on survey results
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate placement of structures and utilities
- Analyzing survey data and creating digital models for use in project planning
- Maintaining records of survey data and preparing legal documents related to land ownership

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in using computer software such as AutoCAD and ArcGIS
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Good physical fitness for working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This full-time position is suitable for men who are passionate about surveying and have a strong desire to contribute to the development of Medina. We welcome applications from both local residents and foreigners.
