Restaurant Manager (Al-Rayyan, Qatar)



We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in managing financials and budgeting
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and quality control
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service and efficient operations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards to comply with health codes
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of food orders while maintaining quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure adequate supply levels

Salary: 1700$ per month (tax-free)
