Courier Supervisor


As a Courier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our courier team in Beer-Sheva. Your primary role will be to ensure that all deliveries are made efficiently, accurately, and on time. You will also be responsible for managing a team of couriers and ensuring that they are meeting their targets and adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the courier team
- Assign delivery routes and schedules to couriers
- Monitor courier performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in accordance with customer requirements
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Prepare daily reports on delivery activities, including any issues or delays
- Train new couriers on company policies and procedures
- Address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a safe work environment for all employees

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a courier or logistics setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Beer-Sheva area roads and addresses is an asset
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, as well as accommodation if needed.
