As a Cashier at our store in Triesen, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth and efficient transactions at the checkout counter. Your main responsibility is to handle cash and credit card transactions, provide accurate change to customers, and maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Scan items and process payments accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Provide accurate change to customers
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer throughout your shift
- Assist with bagging items and restocking shelves when needed
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Follow all store policies and procedures regarding cash handling, returns, exchanges, etc.
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds when needed
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
