Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Al-Malikiyah, Syria

We are currently hiring a seasonal Restaurant Manager to oversee our establishment in the beautiful city of Al-Malikiyah. As a manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant, while providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or those without experience to gain valuable skills and experience in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- Train and supervise staff on proper food handling, safety procedures, and customer service
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings are consistently delivered to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with other managers to develop promotional events or new menu items

Requirements:
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one) for international travel
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language proficiency is an asset)
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to live on-site with provided accommodation during the seasonal term

Salary:
This is a seasonal position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
