Seasonal Restaurant Manager
We are in search of a talented and driven Restaurant Manager to join our team at our seasonal restaurant in Al-Malikiyah. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance. This is a seasonal job with a salary of 1700$, and accommodation will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all guests
- Monitor and maintain financial performance through budgeting and cost control measures
- Collaborate with the head chef to create menus and specials that meet customer preferences and budget requirements
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies to ensure efficient operation
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain regulars
- Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and overall ambiance of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control measures, inventory management, and marketing strategies
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays during peak season
