Seasonal Restaurant Manager

We are a restaurant located in the vibrant city of Al-Malikiyah, looking for a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team on a seasonal basis. As the Seasonal Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining financial records.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules and ensuring proper coverage
- Train and supervise staff to ensure exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies
- Create and implement promotional strategies to increase revenue during peak seasons
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Manage financial records, including budgeting and monitoring expenses
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop new menu items and ensure quality control
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
