Office Assistant for Filipinos in Muscat, Oman

We are hiring an Office Assistant for our office in Muscat, Oman. This is a contract job with a salary of 1000$ per month. This position is open to Filipinos who are currently living in Muscat or willing to relocate.

As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team. This includes managing phone calls and emails, organizing and maintaining files and documents, scheduling appointments and meetings, and assisting with other office tasks as needed.

We are looking for a reliable and self-motivated individual who is able to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task are essential for this role.

Fluency in English is not required for this position as our team primarily speaks Filipino. However, basic communication skills in English would be beneficial.

Please note that this is a contract job without accommodation provided. As such, candidates should already have a valid visa and residence permit in Oman.
