Gardener Supervisor



We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gardener Supervisor to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of gardeners to ensure the maintenance and beautification of our client's gardens. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has a passion for gardening and leading a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the gardening team
- Plan and schedule tasks for the gardeners to ensure timely completion of projects
- Train new gardeners on proper gardening techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor the quality of work performed by the team and provide feedback as needed
- Maintain inventory of gardening tools, equipment, and supplies
- Collaborate with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with company standards and client's expectations

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a gardener or similar role
- Proven experience in supervising a team of gardeners
- Knowledge of different plant species, soil types, and irrigation systems
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks

Salary: 1500$

Location: Jerusalem

Language Requirement: Malayalee preferred, but not required.
