As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various online platforms. Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns through email, chat or social media platforms
- Provide accurate information and solutions to clients
- Assist clients with navigating our website and online services
- Upsell products or services when appropriate
- Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support
- Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using various online platforms
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Ashdod, Israel

Note: Candidates of Indian nationality are preferred for this position.
