Online Consultant for Foreign English Speaking Applicants in Ashdod, Egypt

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Online Consultant to assist with the application process for foreign English speaking candidates in Ashdod, Egypt. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding applicants through the biometric passport application process and providing support and assistance as needed. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct online consultations with foreign English speaking applicants
- Guide applicants through the biometric passport application process
- Provide personalized support and assistance to ensure successful completion of applications
- Respond promptly to any inquiries or concerns from applicants
- Maintain accurate records of all consultations and applications

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Arabic (Egyptian dialect preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service or consulting role
- Knowledge of biometric passport application process is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
