Senior Architect



As a Senior Architect in our firm, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process for our projects in Kaunas, including managing a team of architects and collaborating with engineers and other professionals. Your expertise in architectural design, building codes, and project management will be crucial to ensuring the successful completion of each project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop initial design concepts and oversee their development through all project phases
- Review and approve construction plans, specifications, and materials
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to resolve any issues that arise during construction
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect with proven experience managing projects from concept to completion
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes in Lithuania
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional license as an architect in Lithuania
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Kaunas
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
