Accountant

Our fast-growing company is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Vianden. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing our financial records and ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. You will also be responsible for preparing financial reports, analyzing data, and providing recommendations for improving financial processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve business performance
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or errors

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations (GAAP)
- Proficient in accounting software such as Quickbooks or Xero
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
