Industrial Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Mauren. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures, ensuring functionality, safety, and adherence to all relevant regulations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing industrial buildings and structures, including factories, warehouses, and distribution centers
- Creating detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conducting site visits and surveys to gather information for project development
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other relevant standards
- Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect or in a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation. English-speaking candidates are preferred.
