Industrial Architect
As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of clients while adhering to relevant building codes and regulations. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop and implement designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and cost-effective.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their specific requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for industrial buildings and facilities
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 3D models of proposed designs
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are practical and feasible
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that projects are being built according to plans and specifications
- Make necessary adjustments or modifications to designs as needed
- Stay up-to-date on building codes, regulations, and industry trends in order to ensure compliance in all designs
- Conduct site visits as needed to assess existing conditions or oversee progress on construction projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various professionals
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Mauren (Egyptian nationals preferred)
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
