The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with fluent English skills and previous experience in childcare. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$, including accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for children aged 1-5 years old
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for the children to play and learn
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children according to their dietary needs
- Organize educational activities, such as arts and crafts, reading, and games
- Assist with basic hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and diaper changing
- Monitor children's behavior and report any concerns to the parents
- Maintain open communication with parents about the children's daily activities

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with excellent English communication skills
- Previous experience in childcare or related field is preferred but not required
- Must have a positive attitude, patience, and strong multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently
