Radio Technician


A reputable radio station in Dar Kulaib is seeking a skilled and experienced Radio Technician to join our team. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all radio equipment, ensuring the smooth running of our broadcasting operations.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair any technical issues with radio equipment, including transmitters, receivers, antennas, and audio processing equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Install new equipment as needed and maintain accurate records of all installations and repairs
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and recommend upgrades or replacements of outdated equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of live broadcasts
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
- Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of radio broadcasting equipment and systems
- Familiarity with audio editing software and computer networking systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$, based on experience.
