Bank Teller
Location: Al-Khor, Qatar (Preference for English-speaking foreigners)


We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Bank Teller to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by processing transactions accurately and efficiently, promoting bank products and services, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Promote bank products and services to customers to meet their financial needs
- Balance cash drawers at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies to the supervisor
- Maintain knowledge of bank policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Keep the work area clean and organized to ensure a professional atmosphere for customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in banking is preferred
- Proven experience in cash handling or customer service is required
- Strong math skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision
- Willingness to adhere to strict confidentiality policies
- Preference for English-speaking foreigners currently living in Qatar
