Biometric Passport Administrator
We are in search of a detail-oriented and organized Biometric Passport Administrator to join our team in Remish. As a Biometric Passport Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the biometric passport system, ensuring its accuracy and functionality. You will work closely with government agencies and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, knowledge of biometric technology, and experience working with passports or other sensitive documents.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the biometric passport system, including data entry, tracking, and maintenance
- Ensure accuracy of biometric data and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Collaborate with government agencies to ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
- Communicate with applicants and stakeholders regarding status updates and any necessary follow-up actions
- Train new employees on proper procedures for handling biometric passports
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative role
- Familiarity with biometric technology preferred
- Knowledge of passport or document management systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $900 per month
