Administrator for Remish, Pakistan
We are hiring an Administrator to join our team in Remish, Pakistan. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of our office. Your duties will include organizing and scheduling appointments, maintaining records and documents, and communicating with clients and vendors.
To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. You should also have excellent communication skills and be proficient in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain records and documents
- Communicate with clients and vendors via email or phone
- Oversee office supplies and equipment inventory
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. This job does not require English proficiency but fluency is preferred. Accommodation will not be provided so it is suitable for male candidates who reside in or near Remish.
