We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care and promoting health and wellness to our diverse patient population.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Experience Required:
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Previous experience working with diverse patient populations is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients' health status and document any changes in their condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication administration, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
- Adhere to infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license from the Kenya Nursing Council (KNC)
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in nursing from an accredited institution
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others

Contract Duration:
This is a contract position that will last for a minimum of 1 year with possibility for extension based on performance.
