Sales Representative



We are a successful retail company based in Wiltz and we are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to existing and potential customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company
- Learn about new products and services to effectively communicate their features to customers
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are an asset)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
- Must have work authorization in Wiltz (visa sponsorship not provided)

Salary:
Starting salary of 1500$ per month plus commission on sales.
