We are hiring a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Wiltz. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train a team of servers, cooks, and other restaurant staff
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Plan and implement marketing strategies to attract more customers
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Create schedules for staff and manage payroll
- Maintain health and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees
- Develop relationships with suppliers to negotiate better prices for ingredients
- Oversee the preparation of food and drinks according to quality standards
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed to meet budget goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the food industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
