IT Manager (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our company in Vilnius. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and dynamic team, while utilizing your strong technical knowledge and leadership skills to oversee the IT operations of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards in line with industry best practices
- Manage day-to-day IT operations including network infrastructure, hardware and software systems, and security protocols
- Provide technical support to employees on various hardware and software issues
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure maximum productivity
- Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of existing systems and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or related position
- Strong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, hardware/software systems, security protocols, etc.
- Excellent leadership skills with proven experience managing a team
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with other departments
- Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month. Accommodation can be provided for candidates relocating from India.
