IT Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an Indian national, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and multicultural environment. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, networks, and other technology systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new systems
- Monitor system performance and make necessary improvements or upgrades
- Manage relationships with external vendors for IT services or products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or leadership role
- Extensive knowledge of hardware, software, network administration, and security protocols
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing teams and working collaboratively with cross-functional departments
- Indian nationality preferred but not required

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
