Job Title: Industrial Architect


As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. Your main focus will be on creating functional, safe, and efficient spaces that meet the specific needs of our clients. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other architects to ensure that all aspects of the design meet building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess the feasibility of projects
- Design industrial buildings and structures using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and specifications for construction
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure designs are functional, safe, and cost-effective
- Conduct research on materials and construction techniques to ensure durability and sustainability
- Review project proposals to identify potential issues or conflicts with existing structures or infrastructure
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, present design options, and address any concerns or questions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to industrial structures
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred:
- Experience working on large-scale industrial projects in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
City: Eschen, Liechtenstein (candidates from Nepal preferred)
