Construction Project Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects in Al-Kuwait. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing various construction projects from start to finish. You will be working closely with our team of engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines for each construction project
- Oversee the entire construction process from design to completion
- Manage project budget and ensure all expenses are within budget constraints
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on construction sites
- Prepare progress reports and provide updates to senior management
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven work experience as a Construction Project Manager in Al-Kuwait or similar location preferred
- Excellent knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary:
This is a contract job offering a salary of 1500$ per month without accommodation. A free visa and ticket will be provided for foreign candidates.
