Head Baker



We are hiring a highly skilled and creative Head Baker to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery operations including production, quality control, inventory management, and staff training.

To excel in this role, you must have a passion for baking and possess excellent leadership skills. You should also have a strong understanding of different baking techniques and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise daily bakery operations
- Ensure all products are prepared and baked to high standards
- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies
- Train and supervise staff on baking techniques, hygiene standards, and safety procedures
- Develop new recipes and improve existing ones based on customer feedback
- Monitor quality control of all bakery items before they are served or sold
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety procedures
- Ability to develop new recipes while maintaining quality standards
- Good time-management skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling
- Must be able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month with accommodation provided. We also offer free visa sponsorship and airfare ticket.
