We are seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in the bustling city of Clairvaux. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery and must be proficient in both written and spoken English. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and compactors to complete a variety of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow project plans and specifications to complete tasks accurately
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate work activities
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on job sites
- Complete daily logs and reports for equipment usage and maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid Equipment Operator certification or license preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Proficient in written and spoken English
