We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Remish, offering a competitive salary of $1000. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating plans for various construction projects, including residential and commercial buildings. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet all necessary building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in design plans
- Create 3D models and renderings to present design ideas to clients
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting project deadlines
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working on international projects or have obtained their degree from an English-speaking country.
