Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and arranging floral arrangements according to client's preferences and event theme
- Sourcing high-quality flowers from suppliers and maintaining inventory
- Providing exceptional customer service by understanding client's needs and offering suggestions for suitable designs
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the floral shop
- Assisting with deliveries and setting up arrangements at events

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Florist or Floral Designer preferred
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care, and handling techniques
- Creativity to design unique floral arrangements that cater to different occasions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
