Construction Manager - Kaunas, Lithuania



We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, and we are open to candidates of all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from beginning to end
- Create project budgets and timelines, and ensure they are met
- Hire and manage contractors, subcontractors, and other construction professionals
- Review project plans and blueprints for accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Ensure that all safety standards are met on job sites
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the construction process
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
