We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our international hotel chain in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land areas for construction, development, or other purposes. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the proper placement of structures and infrastructure.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Knowledge of land surveying equipment and software
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Strong communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and technology
- Determine property boundaries and prepare accurate maps and reports
- Coordinate with project team to ensure proper placement of structures and infrastructure
