Land Surveyor

We are a reputable land surveying company located in Albena, seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine the exact location and measurements of land boundaries, buildings, roads, and other features. You will use various tools and equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and surveying software to collect data and create accurate maps and reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys to determine precise boundaries and locations of features
- Use surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS systems, and levels to collect data
- Analyze collected data to create accurate maps, reports, and drawings
- Prepare legal descriptions of surveyed areas for property deeds or other legal documents
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects
- Ensure accuracy of survey results by checking measurements multiple times
- Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any issues or malfunctions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in the use of total stations, GPS systems, surveying software (AutoCAD), etc.
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must be fluent in English.
