We are hiring a skilled Merchandiser to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing merchandising strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. As a merchandiser, you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure that products are presented in an attractive and appealing manner.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies in line with company objectives
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing displays and promotions
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to ensure product availability
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery times
- Analyze sales data to identify top-performing products and make recommendations for improvement
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Ensure that all merchandise is priced accurately and displayed according to company standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and consumer behavior

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with market research methods and tools
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with design software is a plus
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
- Flexible schedule; may be required to work evenings or weekends as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.

This position is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
