Skilled Finisher in Ashdod, Israel


We are a reputable construction company in Ashdod seeking a skilled Finisher to join our team. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for applying finishing touches to various construction projects, such as smoothing out surfaces, filling gaps and cracks, and applying paint or other coatings.

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Knowledge of different tools and techniques used in finishing work
- Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Valid work visa for Israel (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Hebrew is an advantage)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by cleaning, sanding, and filling imperfections
- Apply paint or other coatings according to project specifications
- Smooth out surfaces using tools such as sandpaper, putty knives, and trowels
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks
