Our company is hiring a skilled Finisher to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. We are seeking an experienced individual who can perform all aspects of finishing work, including sanding, staining, and varnishing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently to produce high-quality finished products.

Responsibilities:
- Sand, stain, and varnish finished products according to specifications.
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary repairs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient production.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet production deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.

Preferred:
- Experience working with wood or furniture finishing is preferred.
