Indian Construction Manager in Acre

We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Indian Construction Manager to join our team in Acre. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the construction project, from planning and budgeting to coordinating with contractors and ensuring timely completion of the project. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the project is completed within budget and meets all quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources allocation
- Source and hire contractors, subcontractors, and other necessary personnel
- Oversee construction progress, make necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on track
- Communicate regularly with all stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Manage financial aspects of the project including budgeting, cost control, and invoicing
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully completing construction projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1700 per month

This is a part-time position without accommodation. Preference will be given to candidates who are Indian nationals. English proficiency is not required for this role.
