Project Manager

As a Project Manager for our company in Siauliai, your main responsibility will be overseeing and coordinating projects from conception to completion. You will lead and manage a team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all requirements. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and experience in project management. This position is open to Pakistani nationals who are willing to work without accommodation and have a valid biometric passport. The salary for this contract role is 1700$. English proficiency is not required for this position.

As a Project Manager, you will be expected to:
- Plan and schedule project timelines, track progress, and report on project status
- Manage project budgets, resources, and scope
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Lead team meetings and provide guidance to team members
- Conduct project evaluations and implement improvements as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in project management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Experience working on projects with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is preferred
