Barista - Coffee Shop, Hawalli, Kuwait



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team at a busy coffee shop in Hawalli, Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. This position is open to Indian nationals who have excellent English communication skills and previous experience working as a Barista.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and in good working condition
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other ingredients
- Restock supplies as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines while handling food and drinks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Requirements:

- Previous experience working as a Barista in a busy coffee shop or similar setting
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to provide excellent service under pressure
- Familiarity with POS systems is preferred but not required

Salary: 1300 USD per month
