Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Ajman. As a construction project coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and can effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor the progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to management
- Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to plans and resolve any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in construction project coordination or management
- Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and contract management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail

Preferred:
- Egyptian nationality
- No English language requirement
- Experience working in the UAE
- Experience managing projects for women or in female-dominated industries
