Indian Construction Manager in Ajman


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Construction Manager to join our team in Ajman. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deadlines are met
- Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Resolve any issues that arise during construction
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
