Construction Project Coordinator


A construction project coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of construction projects. This includes planning, organizing, and managing the daily operations of a project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards. The ideal candidate for this role should be detail-oriented and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress and ensure that all tasks are completed on time
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Oversee budgeting and cost management for the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Review construction plans and specifications to identify any potential issues or discrepancies
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders including clients, investors, and management
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate with team members to ensure they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks effectively
- Facilitate meetings between different stakeholders to discuss project updates and resolve any conflicts or concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and other technical drawings
- Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD or Primavera P6
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

This is a contract job based in Ajman with a salary of 1500$. Candidates should have their own visa in order to be considered for this position.
