Merchandiser - Retail Operations Coordinator
As a Merchandiser - Retail Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness in our retail stores. You will work closely with the retail team to ensure that product displays are visually appealing and effectively showcase our products. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment of products. Additionally, you will monitor sales data and provide insights to support decision making for future merchandising strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with retail team to develop effective merchandising strategies
- Plan and execute product displays to maximize sales potential

- Conduct store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising guidelines
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market changes, and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Proven track record of developing effective merchandising strategies that drive sales
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience working with inventory management systems
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make recommendations based on findings
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
