Excavator Operator


We are hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Wiltz. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to move, load, and unload materials. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance on the equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator and other heavy equipment according to project specifications
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using the excavator
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Complete daily reports and record any issues or incidents that occur during operations

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience operating excavators or other heavy equipment
- Strong understanding of excavation techniques and safety protocols
- Ability to read and understand project plans and blueprints
- Physical stamina to work long hours in various weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
