Sales Manager

Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company's sales objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
- Establish strong relationships with key clients to enhance business opportunities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team and provide coaching as needed
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts for management review

This is a full-time position with salary starting at 1000$. Experience in the same industry is preferred but not mandatory. Accommodation will not be provided.
