Architecture Manager

We are hiring an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to oversee our team of architects and manage all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members. The role will be based in Beer-Sheva, Israel and is open to candidates of any nationality.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed
- Oversee all phases of architectural design and construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative design solutions that meet their requirements
- Review project proposals and contracts to ensure feasibility within project scope and budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or concerns, and ensure quality assurance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proven experience managing a team of architects on multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, materials, methods, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
