Job Title: Senior Software Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team in Jerusalem. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with our product managers and other developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and experience with leading teams and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications
- Collaborate with product managers to understand project requirements
- Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects as appropriate
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred:
- Previous experience leading teams or mentoring junior developers
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure
- Experience with database design and management
