Head Chef - Indian Cuisine (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia)



We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef with a passion for Indian cuisine to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, from menu planning and food preparation to staff management and inventory control. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement menus featuring authentic Indian dishes, ensuring high quality and consistency in taste
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure excellent performance
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimizing waste
- Collaborate with management to plan special events or promotions featuring Indian cuisine
- Maintain accurate records of food costs, sales, and inventory levels for reporting purposes
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques in Indian cuisine to continuously improve menu offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive or Head Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
- Strong knowledge of Indian spices, techniques, and regional variations in dishes
- Proven track record of creating successful menus that appeal to a diverse range of customers
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and experience implementing proper sanitation practices
- Creative mindset with the ability to introduce new ideas while also maintaining traditional flavors
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

We offer a competitive salary package of $1000 per month along with accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa or be able to obtain one. This is a seasonal job opportunity with the possibility of extension based on performance. No prior experience is required for this role, making it a great opportunity for recent culinary school graduates or those looking to gain experience in a new cuisine.
